I enjoy simple sketches mostly, but I do occasionally make finished pieces. Open to criticism (I think) and I hope to get better at what I do.

How to go about them.
I've drawn for others, but never for money. So I'll probably just end up drawing what you ask for if I have time and am in the mood. That's basically the trade-off for getting stuff done for free. My selfish moods.
