Sculpted figures for large elaborate cakes using edible materials such as modeling chocolate, fondant, Rice Crispies and cake. Carlo's Bakery is home of The Cake Boss and many of these creations appeared on TV,
I designed concept art for clients to help visualize their dream cakes.
I also illustrated and painted directly on cake with food coloring and edible pigments.
