I currently work as a Sterile Processing Technician at the UVM Medical Center. While I'd love to make art full time, this is what pays the bills! Basically, I clean, disinfect, package, sterilize, and get instruments ready for cases in the Operating Room. I get to help patients, but never have any direct contact with them. It's a job most people don't think about, but it's critical to patient safety!
