Summary

My goal is to help people eliminate the fear around trying new things. Whether it be crafts, as in this case, or in life in general, you shouldn't be afraid to try, and sometimes fail. On Watch Me Work and Twitch Creative I will endeavor to bring multiple creative personalities and crafts to you, the viewer, via my couch. I will tackle everything from traditional arts such as embroidery and knitting, to Pinterest Fails, and will take on any user challenge! I'll livestream the struggle of trying new crafts as well as show crafts that I am skilled at... and everything in between. Why I craft: My mom refused to accept the statement “I’m bored” when I was a kid, and threatened to make me pick up dog sh!t if I said it. Out of fear of something I now do every day (thanks Kerby), I was always after a way to keep busy and entertained, resulting in a literal room of various craft supplies and projects. In retrospect, I was the most severely spoiled child in that regard. In college I became pretty one track minded when it came to my crafts. I was in a sorority (WHAT? No… Unbelievable) and we crafted EVERYTHING; there wasn’t a thing in my house that wasn’t Pinterest inspired or covered in rhinestones for four years…. Now, as a semi-functional adult, I’m back to the drive I had as a child, which is to explore and learn as many new crafts as possible and share them with my friends. I used to do this stuff watching Netflix all alone, but now I have you!
