My name is Kelsey and I have been interested in art my whole life but only started taking it seriously near the end of high school. Growing up I idolized optimistic characters like Spongebob. I decided to pursue a career in art when I learned my grandfather had helped design iconic characters such as Captain Crunch, and decided to become an animator because of my love of cartoons. With the support of my family and friends I am learning more and more. Now that I have graduated with a bachelors in art, I am working on freelance and commissioned projects as well as personal assignments. I am now an entry level 2D animator, and I enjoy developing characters, playing with clay and working with other creative people on group projects. The programs I use primarily include: photoshop, paint tool sai and flash.
